TShock for Terraria

I'm going to clarify a point of tension:
TShock is a plugin for the Terraria Server API. In reality, this means you can write your own replacement for TShock and drop it in the plugins folder, and it will work exactly like any other plugin. Many plugins use TShock as a dependency, but it is important to differentiate between the two.

You all should check out Starbound, a game that is very like Terraria, but in my opinion, much better. I've been trying to work with the devs a few times to make the server side stuff awesome, and I personally expect to make quite a few mods for it as I can.

There's currently an official Terraria launch general party happening on PlugDJ. Quite a few of us are there, so come join & enjoy the music.

Sorry for all the front page spam!
I noticed that the github downloads are now down, and since there were some minor changes added and a "proper" release of TShock is long away, I decided to release what we have right now and host it on Dropbox(no ads, no waiting).
Hopefully, we can work out stuff internally to get our CI, file hosting, and other tools back online, but since those are minor inconveniences, we aren't too concerned.
This is built off General Development.
Here is the list of all changes. This build should be 100% stable, but you can be the judges of that.
And here is the link: https://dl.dropbox.com/u/21171144/TShock 4.0.5.zip
P.S.
Time non-withstanding, I may release a proper build sometime this weekend that has been a little more thoroughly tested.

- Fixed warp deprecation
- Fixed permissions for tphere, spawn, home
- Fixed some bugs in silentkicks, region concurrency, and hook visibility
- Added config option to allow groups who are allowed on a banned item to spawn a banned item.
- Fixed REST API bug.
- Added /tempgroup to allow you to override a players group for their current session. Kick player to remove permissions
(thanks for the command rename scav!) - And the following are thanks to Scavenger:
- Added event for when players use commands
- Added silent joins
- Commands can now have multiple permissions(player only needs one of such permissions)
