I... you... erm... ok. 127.0.0.1 is your localhost IP. NOT a public IP. It is for this reason no one will be able to join your server and you'll be sitting on your own. I'm only replying because I can guess some other people's replies will be more... harsh.... Google -> Whats my ip -> post that IP -> try again at server advertising.
