Plugin Suggestion - Chest Protection

Could someone please make a plugin that makes it so that people can private chests so others cant get in it other than ops?

As in, only operators can get into the chests ?

so like say some normal person is on the server and they protect their chest. This means that only operators and the person who protected the chest is able to access it. I want operators to have access so that they can have control over everything still.
