Having a strange issue with warps myself. I am able to warp fine, as well as another friend on my server. However, one person simply warps back to the house/bed when he tries the /warp command. It doesn't appear to be a group problem, as my character is in the same group as his and can warp fine. He also experiences issues when using the dual hook (or any hook for that matter) where he grapples into a corner or strange arrangement of blocks, glitches out a bit, then spawns back at the bed also. I was reading that this was fixed back in August on a few older posts, but again--the fix itself isn't posted.

EDIT: Fixed by removing the bed (spawn point) and just set the spawn point inside the house. Now he's able to warp. Not sure what caused it, but it works this way so no big deal.

Can you scan the log when this occurs and see if theres any information at all?

I looked last night, it just shows him typing the warp command. No errors or anything. Going to try deleting his account and creating it again tonight, maybe he did something wrong at some point.

I was looking into the server side inventory bug that was brought up earlier and I can confirm it is still possible to smuggle items into the server.
This is done by logging in with said item. Server will force you to toss it, so you put it into trashcan. Server checks and oks you but forces you to relog to clear trash. Before you relog you take said item out of trash and put back into inventory. You then relog and youll be back in server with the item in your inventory and the server does not object.

Hello. Why did you delete option "ForcePvP: true/false"?
    PvPMode is worse, than ForcePvP.
PvPMode "always" teleport's you to the spawn, despite "RememberLeavePos: true".
If PvPMode is true, everyone must fights with others(if they aren't in the same team), if ForcePvP is true you can choice - want you attack others or not.
So.. Why did you delete ForcePvP option?

I'm pretty sure ForcePvP and PvPMode does the same thing, except that since 1.1, we can't set PvP state on the client. We have to discourage the player until they switch PvP to on.

And I have no idea what are you talking about. ForcePvP/PvPMode will always result in players being forced in PvP, and you still will deal damage to everyone.

Ok, but what about teleport to the spawn despite options?

couple things noticed running 3.4.5.113 using SSI

    1. from the players: Whenever you get fairly close to a wall, then you get teleported into, and get lots of lagg too. Also, whenever you use a grapple or some ranged weapons, it gives you a couple debuffs(cursed, granny, and something else). additionally: If you use grapple hook to small space/hole, which is just enough to pass, it will take it as no-clip.

^sounds like noclip detection might be bugging a bit.

    2. Also, attempting to summon Skeletron just warps you back to your home with the message "Dungeon Guardian warped you to your spawn point" or something to that effect.

    3. Random debuffs seem to be a problem for everyone. Not sure why/when it happens but when people use grapple or ball o hurt, but not everytime. also occurs with bows.. seems like ranged weapons...

thats all for now... ill report more as i see it. thanks!

Alright, This is my first post on the forums as a member but I have been on here for months now.

I'm here to tell you guys that I'm very interested in helping out with the coding and development of tshock and any plugins.

Don't get me wrong. I'm still new to C# but have worked with Java throughout my high school courses so i can make sense of code and what is possible to do with it. If there is anything I should know about wanting to help with Updating/Development then be my guest and shoot me some tips.

I have already taken a look at Twitchy's plugin tuts and will be studying that, and the source of just about everything on this website religiously until i figure out what i can do to help.

    Thanks guys. Tshock kicks ass.
