    If your looking for fancy text, cooltext.com has fun features. Other then that, idk. I only use MSPaint and Picasa 3 for any photo editing.

    Well I did use cooltext but Its a bit hard to really do much with it. MSPaint gets me annoyed when trying to create smooth looking panels. Its mainly for my web project. However I can't seem to grasp photoshop or the likes quite yet.

    I like photoshop, but it is a pain. I also love GIMP, which is easy to use. Try it. its free :) http://www.gimp.org/

    I use Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator mostly. Those do cost their money, though, unless you crack them. As a free resource, GIMP seems pretty good but I never liked the interface. I'd recommend http://getpaint.net due to previous experiences which were pretty positive.
