Manages TShock Sever MySQL logs

  1. Adds debug option

    Corrects error message and adds debug option.
  2. Remote Log Maintenance now supports SQLite database logs a well

    The Remote Log Maintenance tool has been upgraded to now access SQL logs stored in SQLite databases as well as MySQL databases. The tool will automatically detect the version of the database manager and display the name in the Stats section. At this time, the database statistics for SQLite will show zero size for both the database and log table.
  3. Minor cosmetic changes

    Added some minor tool tips for better documentation. Established retrieval limit as default for large log history.
