Bug? Can't set World Path

    I am running tshock 4.3.8 for Terraria 1.3.0.7 on raspbian.
    When I run the Terraria server and set the worldpath, sudo mono-sgen TerrariaServer.exe -worldpath "/home/terraria/worlds/", I get this error.
