If you use MySQL then yes, its possible. They would share the same config and plug-ins though.
The only thing I think would happen is access rights on some files like the logs which may causes crashes. Well, its worth a try.

Is that the only way to handle multiple server maps? ..Safe to run multiple instances of the one program; or would it be possible to send both instances to one inventory sqlite?

Sqlite would not play well with multiple servers accessing it at once . You would have to use MySQL instead. You could possibly get away with running the same executable for multiple server instances but again, you may get crashes from access right issues with logs and the like. I would recommend using two different Tshocks in two different folders to be safe then just point them both the same MySQL database.

    With localhost?

Also, what is the key to reading the SQLite inventories?

Personally I like to use the /read command of this plug-in to read other players inventories.

How about multiple maps? ..Just filling in the MySQL info in to the SQLite document?

Obviously, the question in the wiki quote is of what that list is, even?

That list is just a list. It doesn't take the "damage" values into account.
I'm not qualified to provide a correct answer for that.

WhiteX broke our wiki, so go yell at him. If either of you took the time to look at the list, and not just complain you would have noticed -48 -> -1 are the same as 1-48. 49 should be 0, and the rest after 49 are off by 49.
