I did all your steps, no such luck: http://70.125.52.19:7878/status/

Found the problem, I decided to move the server to a dedicated box instead of the same machine i was playing and hosting from, which is the one above.

Take note, that both are the EXACT COPY of the server, the only difference is, one is dedicated the other was my machine.

    The New Address: http://70.125.52.200:7878/status/

    Works fine

perhaps it was a port forwarding issue on the RestAPI port...?

Not for me, is this a tshock question or a tserverweb.com question?

Dear XGhozt, is there an option to prevent the server list and/or the banner from converting the domain address to IP address?
Or is that a part of "Customized banner/share options"?

Yes, that is a feature coming soon. Eventually you'll be able to toggle what is shown in and even change the background image and text color. Is there a specific reason you need this?

Yes, there is a specific reason I set up a domain for the server equal to the website address. And as the client is fine with adding a server by domain it's easier for users to memorize 1 thing (website) and not a number gibberish too. (And for the rare cases the static IP of the server DOES change, the DNS will catch up immediately)
I was just surprised as I specifically put my domain in, not the ip. If it's possible to preserve the data from server config into the banner - it'd be just perfect. Thanks.
P.S. I do know, that the client stores only the IPs in the recent list.

Thanks for the clarification. I will take it into consideration and see about getting this done sooner than later. :)

Hi. I'm currently attempting to add a server to the website to take advantage of the REST api. However, the entry refuses to see the server as online. My server is accessed by going to <redacted>, and the rest api is exposed at <redacted>.

I've also noticed that if I change my game server's port to 7777 instead of 8888, it seems to recognize the server as online, but I would prefer to keep my server's access on port 8888. I know the rest api is remotely accessible. Do you have any recommendations on how to get this to work? Thanks in advance.

Edit: For some reason, I've changed my rest api port to 7878 and the site seems to accept that. I'm not sure why it likes that port more than the previous one though...

A recommendation I would like to suggest is that in the ui for selecting the port, instead of providing an explicit list of possible ports, it should allow you to enter any port number in there. Having to use one of those ports in the list feels a bit limiting, even though in most use cases it is completely fine. Thanks again. :)

Port 8888 should have worked, that seems very odd. I will have to check into that. Unfortunately, the website is on a server behind a firewall. Opening all the ports would pose a security risk so I cannot do that. I am working on maybe opening a range and letting users enter a port number in that range. A dropdown will have to work for now until I can get the ports open. I'm glad you got it working!

Hello, i use game port 8177 and API port 8188. There is no chance to add my server in TServerWeb service?

Just looking into this now, looks like a fantastic project!
I haven't started to use it yet, however from the feedback it looks like it'll definitely be a great tool.
